Storing and Sharing Documents
If you have PDF files, images or any documents which you want to store and share with your clients, you can send those through Zenys. In the customer, sales and support ticket level you can store important documents and directly share them with your customer in a few steps. Let’s see how.

Customer Attachments
To store documents for a particular contact:
- Select the customer from the customer list page. On the customer details page, scroll down and click on the ‘Attachments’ tab.
- Click on ‘Upload’ and upload the file from your device.

You can download the file when needed by clicking on the three dots icon next to the attachment.
Sales Attachments
To store documents for a sale and share them with the customer:
- Select the sale from the sales list page. On the sales details page, scroll down and click on the ‘Attachments’ tab.
- Click on ‘Upload’ and upload the file from your device.
- After the file is uploaded, click on the three dots icon and select ‘Share’.

The customer can log in to the customer portal and view the shared document.
Similarly, you can upload and share attachments from the ticket details page.
